Rotty Roots is a specialized division of Dr. Constance Quigley, LLC, focused on advancing independence and quality of life for individuals living with quadriplegia and neurodivergent conditions. At the heart of Rotty Roots are two remarkable German Rottweilers, Sir Oak Legends and Ivy Legends, whose training, certifications, and journeys exemplify our commitment to excellence. Their work reflects years of dedication, professional oversight, and real-world integration, ensuring they provide reliable, compassionate, and specialized support.

Our Story

At Rotty Roots, we believe that true excellence in Rottweilers begins with service, purpose, and responsibility. Our mission is not only to raise dogs who embody strength, loyalty, and intelligence, but also to prepare them to serve individuals with quadriplegia, neurodivergent conditions, and complex care needs.

A Foundation in Service

From just eight weeks old, our dogs begin professional training under certified trainers. These sessions include structured weekly four-hour adventures and skill development that prepare them for service-level performance—whether in public access environments, medical alert scenarios, or mobility assistance tasks. This early start ensures that every dog grows with a mindset of discipline, adaptability, and calm responsiveness.

Responsible Breeding Practices

We hold ourselves to the highest standards of health and ethics. All of our sires and dames undergo extensive health screenings to ensure they are free from hereditary diseases and conditions. They also pursue AKC competition championships, showcasing their conformation and ability in the ring. This combination of health, temperament, and achievement forms the foundation for future generations of Rottweilers.

Rotty Roots was launched two years before our first planned litter, so families could follow the journey of our dogs and see their progress firsthand.
